Instagram had quite the day yesterday as it first updated its terms of service to make it so it can sell your photos without compensating you, then trying to put the flames on the Internet out by updating its ToS to help its users understand what it meant. The day is one Instagram wishes it could take back as countless users have been deleting their accounts with big-name celebrities even throwing in their Instagram account into the mix. With thousands, maybe millions, of ex-Instagram users looking for an alternative, Flickr has announced some updates to its iPhone application that will make those users right at home.

We got our very first taste of the impressive 2014 Mazda6 back in October, and had more than a few good things to say about the midsizer. One piece of information that was conspicuous by its absence, however, was a sticker price. Now, with zero pomp and circumstance (not even a press release as of this writing), Mazda has dropped what looks to be official pricing for the 6 on its consumer website.
$20,880 is the asking price for the base Mazda6 Sport with a manual transmission (plus $795 worth of destination charges, for a total of $21,675). Alaska residents will need to cough up $840 for destination.

We've seen our fair share of iPhone knock-offs coming from China, but Brazil. Well that's a new one, and based on the photo above, it certainly is not the type of knock-off you are thinking about. Dubbed the Gradiente iPhone Neo One, it seems that only thing "iPhone" about it would be the name itself, and we're going to guess that Apple will not be pleased by this. However given that the company registered the trademark back in 2000, Apple might have a tough time trying to win this one, although some have speculated that the company may simply be looking for a settlement instead.

This summer, we brought you news that Lexus was recalling over 150,000 RX and RX hybrid crossovers tied to its massive pedal entrapment issue. An update to that story included word from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that it was considering launching a federal investigation into potential delays by the automaker in notifying owners about the problem. Now comes news that parent company Toyota will pay a hefty $17.35 million in fines for delaying its recall of the 2010 Lexus RX 350 and RX 450h.

AppFinity makes many different types of game controllers. The iPod touch and the iPhone create arguably one of the best-selling handheld gaming systems in the US, if not the world. While not all of them are sold for the purpose of gaming, there are a lot of them out there being used for games as well as other things. That means they're open season for casual games. I've never been one for gaming add-ons to my phone, but, when Julie offered us the Appfinity Racing driving wheel attachment, I thought I would give it a try.
