On stage today at IFA in Berlin, Sony Ericsson unveiled a new member to the the Xperia family, the Xperia arc S. Keeping the original arc design, the arc S will feature a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 (upgraded from 1 GHz), 8.1 MP camera with Exmor R for mobile image sensor, 3D and 2D sweep panorama photography, 4.2-inch Reality display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine and it comes with the latest version of Android for mobile phones, 2.3.4 Gingerbread, although by the time it comes out, we might be already seeing Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
