For those of you who were hoping that we'd see the Vita on our shores by the end of the year - we've got some bad news for you. Unless you manage to find somebody to import the portable console from Japan for you, you're going to have to wait like the rest of the world. Sony has officially announced today that its next-generation portable console, the PlayStation Vita, will be available in the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe on February 22nd 2012.
