Steam Integration For Razer Edge Tablet

Steam Integration For Razer Edge Tablet

Razer, the company that not only does gaming peripherals (and they are pretty darn good at that, too), but also churns out a mean gaming tablet, has just announced the availability of Steam integration for the Razer Edge tablet. Yes sir, this would mean that the Razer Edge tablet will arrive with Steam software right out of the box for you to get started with no-frills gaming.

Scion pondering move upmarket?

Scion pondering move upmarket?

Scion is simultaneously celebrating its ten-year anniversary with the 10 Series models and trying to figure out what to do with itself over the next ten years. Once a go-to consideration for young, first-time buyers who wanted something cool and different, in 2013 it has a model everyone is still talking about in the FR-S, a model few are still talking about in the iQ, and three models in between in the tC, xB and xD that make everyone wonder, "What happened?".

Country band shoots guerrilla music video via Google Street View

Country band shoots guerrilla music video via Google Street View

Or at least that's the claim. Grunnar and The Grizzly Boys have released a new video for their song Could Be Me, and the clip claims to have been made possible with the help of a Google Street View car. Instead of using seamlessly edited video, the band opted for what looks to be a rolling concert performed from the back of three pickups in front of a Street View car. There are a couple of issues with that notion, though.

Steve Jobs Had The Next Two iPhones Designed Under Him

Steve Jobs Had The Next Two iPhones Designed Under Him

An interesting tidbit came our way just now. If we're to believe Apple's government liaison Michael Foulkes, then the next two iPhones have already been designed. He says that these designs preceded Tim Cook, meaning that they were designed under the legend himself, Steve Jobs. Steve passed away back in 2011, around the time the iPhone 4S was announced. The revelation comes from San Francisco DA George Gascón, who has been meeting with device manufacturers and carriers in a bid to figure out a plan for curtailing phone thefts.
Gascón isn't exactly a fan of Apple's government liaison, the report says.

RadioShack HTC One Ad Reveals $50 Google Play Bonus And $199 Sprint Pricing

RadioShack HTC One Ad Reveals $50 Google Play Bonus And $199 Sprint Pricing

Component shortages have delayed the U.S. launch of HTC One. The manufacturer is obviously not happy about that, since unavailability of the product might see prospective customers shift their interest to other latest offerings such as the Galaxy S4, which too is yet to hit U.S. soil. HTC has got its marketing guns blazing nonetheless. The image shows HTC One signage that RadioShack is starting to receive and display on its stores. Promotional signs for both AT&T and Sprint versions are being received.

On a two-year contract with Sprint, the HTC One will cost $199.99. A couple of extras have been thrown in to sweeten the deal.

Apple's iRadio Service Rumored For Summer Launch

Apple's iRadio Service Rumored For Summer Launch

If you have been following the rumor mill closely, you might have heard that Apple is looking to launch their own brand of streaming radio in 2013. The specifics have yet to be unveiled but according to a new report, Apple has managed to negotiate a deal with Universal and Warner, two of the major record labels, and based on this breakthrough, they are apparently pushing for a release of their "iRadio" service this summer. Given that Apple's WWDC takes place in the middle of the year, we wouldn't be surprised if the Cupertino company took advantage of their event to make the announcement.

HTC Could Work On A Windows-Powered Tablet

They say that it is not too wise to place all of your eggs in a single basket, and I suppose this adage was well heeded by HTC, assuming this particular rumor is true – that the Taiwanese smartphone company could very well invest their time and money in jumping aboard the tablet bandwagon (which they more or less flopped with the HTC Flyer that did not take to the skies), although this time around, it would be Windows that would be the operating system of choice.
