How to: Google Play Store Greasemonkey script – scroll your installed apps and filter your free/paid apps

While the Google Play Store is evolving slowly, one of the biggest pains is the way that it displays all the apps installed on a device in a set of pages. If you have a look above, I've got eleven pages of apps installed on my Thinkpad Tablet. Reviewing my apps means clicking on the eleven square page markers to page through them one by one – not the neatest solution.  Is this a pain for you too.  Well, if you use Firefox and use Greasemonkey or Chrome and use Tampermonkey, then there's now a script that can make things a bit easier.

RIM's latest milestone: BlackBerry 10 now being tested by over 50 carriers

Not much is going to make us excited about the BlackBerry world until RIM's latest devices actually ship, but today's announcement from Thorsten Heins is certainly good news in that regard. Today, he revealed that BlackBerry 10 units are now in the testing labs of more than 50 carriers, a necessary milestone that suggests the first BlackBerry 10 devices are still on track for a Q1 2013 debut. Naturally, it's a shame that the company is going to miss the holiday season, but if you have a BlackBerry fan in your life, we suppose there's always room for an IOU in their stocking.

Superheroes who cannot fly do need a cool ride of their own – after all, if you are going to be dressed in spandex and wear your underwear on the outside, turning up at the battle scene via public transport is not going to impress anyone, is it. Kia Motors America and DC Entertainment have teamed up to work on five custom cars which have been inspired by the superhero members of DC Comics' Justice League. Each Justice League character will have their very own specific Kia vehicle that wil be based on the personality and attributes.

O2 first UK carrier to confirm LG's Google Nexus 4

So, heard about that Google Nexus 4 thingy from LG. O2 is the first UK carrier to announce it'll be carrying this year's winner of the "most-leaked smartphone" award, which was mercifully launched on Monday. So far, we've found the "phenomenal" quad-core, 4.7-inch, 1280 x 768 handset with virgin Jelly Bean 4.2 to be "better than the sum of its parts," and Google will be selling the phone sim-free for a non-exorbitant 239 at the Play store. That means you'll likely find the device free under contract, but your carrier choices may be limited to start, as O2's rumored to have a 30-day exclusive.

It wasn't long ago that our Chinese language website reported on the Lenovo Thinkpad Helix, a convertible ultrabook that launched alongside other models, but seemed destined for China only. Now, it looks like Israeli folks might also get the device, as it popped up recently on the company's website there. We noted that it would carry Windows 8, an 11.6-inch, 1920 x 1080 detachable IPS touchscreen, NFC 3G module, stylus, 10-hour battery life and optional Core i7 processor for the top model.

According to Honda's designers, this version of the Honda Fit will be cute enough for adults, sporting a pink exterior, pink stitching on the interior, and shiny pink chrome covers on the dashboard.

The latter could very well be pictured as depicted above, as we were also privy to sample photos taken with the Samsung Nexus 10 earlier this morning. Starting from December 13th you will have to choose between the Body Only GH3 (130,000 Yen), the GH3H and its 14-140mm lens (190,000 Yen) and the GH3A and its X VARIO 12,35mm lens (220,000 Yen). Now while there is no doubt that the GH3 is an incredible camera, Panasonic's new steep price just make me wonder why on earth anyone would spend THAT much while Nikon and Canon offers impressive alternative at pretty much the same price.

Microsoft posts Windows Phone 8 SDK, kicks off a new era for apps

The word "finally" is often abused (including by us), but here it's deserved: after months of knowing about Windows Phone 8 with little to do but wait or support rival platforms, developers can finally download version 8.0 of the Windows Phone SDK. The kit lets teams get cracking on apps that take advantage of the Windows 8-related code base in Windows Phone 8 and all the hooks that go with the new OS, such as the broader hardware support, ties to the lock screen and Wallet.

The Evolution of Home Telephones

The Evolution of Home Telephones

Ever since Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone (patented in 1876) telephones have been increasingly commonplace in homes across the globe. Today mobile phone technology has been making leaps and bounds in technological developments, 3G mobile networks, internet access anywhere, touch screen smart phone, etc. It has largely left home telephony in a bit of a rut. But why.

One of the main reasons why mobile telephony has made such leaps forward is because of the backbone of technology that the format relies upon.

The nation of Georgia discovered a botnet trying to steal sensitive government documents, and what did they do. They gave the cyber-spy a taste of his own medicine, infecting his computer with the very same software he was targeting governments with. His infected computer eventually captured a photo of the alleged cyberterrorist, as well as his IP address. Pots and kettles, glass houses and stones – that's a little of what we appear to have going on in the European car market. New reports say that that three European automakers have registered their opposition to a loan deal that PSA/Peugeot-Citroën is working on with the French government. Peugeot's finance arm, Banque PSA Finance, is struggling with its debts and has been downgraded by Moody's to its lowest investment-grade classification, one step above junk. This makes it more expensive for a potential buyer to finance a car through Peugeot.

There are people who like their games simple and yet challenging at the same time. In the case of the Eyelord iOS game app, simple gameplay and arresting visuals become the main features of the game. It gives a previous game app an added twist that makes it ideal for the upcoming Halloween.
