Adjustable hydraulic suspensions are nothing new, and are almost a staple of the blinged-out classic car street cruiser crowd. (The stuff you might expect to see in your favorite hip-hop video, for example.) We've seen these bouncy cars perform all sorts of tricks, and the folks behind The Original Penguin Jacket are mixing a classic Buick Regal with the most essential of elementary school playground activities: jump rope.
