In a purported internal memo acquired by TmoNews, the carrier will begin offering the new plans starting January 25th. The Unlimited-Premium 5GB and Unlimited-Ultra 10GB plans will both include a free mobile hotspot and cloud storage, which normally costs $20 per month.
