The LG X3 has surfaced again. We've heard about this device once before, and we assume that LG will announce it on the eve of Mobile World Congress later this month. The X3 will be one of the world's first quad-core phones. Most of its previously rumored specs have been confirmed today via one of MoDaCo‘s sources. Of course, you'll have to decide just how seriously you take all this info.
