When Skype founder Niklas Zennstrom created the secretive FreedomPop project, everybody was curious on what it is all about. Recently, the people behind the project began to spill the beans a bit. In an interview with Forbes magazine, vice president of marketing Tony Miller revealed that his company plans to offer “free wireless broadband” to the paying public. His revelation created even more questions. What device is FreedomPop developing? According to TechCrunch, citing its “high-level source” inside FreedomPop, it is an iPhone 4x4S case with integrated WiMax radio.
