Yesterday we told you that the update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for AT&T's Samsung Galaxy S II finally became available, yet not over-the-air, but using Samsung's desktop software Kies. However, when many people tried updating, they simply weren't offered any new software bits. What gives. According to one Phandroid reader, an AT&T rep told him or her that the update is “on hold due to technical reasons”.
