Apart from the Nexus 7, two other devices highlight today's Google's I/O conference, one of which is the enhanced eyewear we have heard about since February. Google Glass does not really aid your blurry vision, but acts as a heads-up display. It comes with a trackpad that serves as a navigation tool and a video camera that broadcasts everything the wearer sees in real time.
