So, heard about that Google Nexus 4 thingy from LG. O2 is the first UK carrier to announce it'll be carrying this year's winner of the "most-leaked smartphone" award, which was mercifully launched on Monday. So far, we've found the "phenomenal" quad-core, 4.7-inch, 1280 x 768 handset with virgin Jelly Bean 4.2 to be "better than the sum of its parts," and Google will be selling the phone sim-free for a non-exorbitant 239 at the Play store. That means you'll likely find the device free under contract, but your carrier choices may be limited to start, as O2's rumored to have a 30-day exclusive.

If, like we are, in love with Panasonic GH Series you will be please to hear that the Japanese manufacturer finally announced the launch date of its new GH3 Series in Japan. Starting from December 13th you will have to choose between the Body Only GH3 (130,000 Yen), the GH3H and its 14-140mm lens (190,000 Yen) and the GH3A and its X VARIO 12,35mm lens (220,000 Yen). Now while there is no doubt that the GH3 is an incredible camera, Panasonic's new steep price just make me wonder why on earth anyone would spend THAT much while Nikon and Canon offers impressive alternative at pretty much the same price.

The nation of Georgia discovered a botnet trying to steal sensitive government documents, and what did they do. They gave the cyber-spy a taste of his own medicine, infecting his computer with the very same software he was targeting governments with. His infected computer eventually captured a photo of the alleged cyberterrorist, as well as his IP address. Georgia's Computer Emergency Response Team says the hacker is behind the “Georbot Botnet” which targeted major governments around the world, including Georgia, the US, and France.

Never one to stop unfurling new smartphones, Huawei's just detailed yet another high-end Android handset. The Honor 2 packs the company's in-house K3V2 1.4GHz quad-core chip, up from the single-core found in the original, alongside 2GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage. Around the back, there's the BSI 8-megapixel camera sensor, capable of burst shots and full 1080p video capture, while Huawei has also included a microSD slot for storage expansion. With a 4.5-inch 1,280 x 720 display, there's hefty pixel bump up from the 245 pixels per inch found on the first Honor - in fact we have a Retina display-matching 326ppi.

Heidi Hetzer is a serious driver, she always has been. And letting advanced age – be it hers or that of her antique vehicle – isn't going to stop her from having an adventure. The 75-year-old racer plans on circumnavigating the globe along the same route taken by the first person ever to drive a car around the world: Clärenore Stinnes.
Stinnes did it in 1928 and Hertzer plans to one up the original driver by using her 91-year-old Hispano-Suiza roadster.
