Back when Amazon's Kindle Fire Android tablet was first released, many wondered how Amazon could offer the tablet at such a low price. It was later revealed that Amazon was actually making a loss on every tablet sold, and it looks like Nintendo will be following in Amazon's footsteps with the Wii U. According to a Nintendo executive, the company is expected to make a loss on every Wii U sold although they declined to mention exactly how much they will be losing on each unit.
