Samsung may be obligated to pay Apple $1.05 billion in damages, but their legal battles are not over. After Apple added the latest Samsung devices to the patent infringement suit, Samsung has responded by adding the iPad mini, 4th-gen iPad, and 5th-gen iPod Touch to their lawsuit. The South Korean company has also previously filed for a motion to add the iPhone 5 to the mix and it was successful.
