With the summer closing in fast, it seems Qualcomm is getting in some last minute spring cleaning, tidying up some of the names of their Snapdragon SoC's. Their processor formerly known as the Snapdragon S4 Prime quad-core processor, the MPQ8064 will now officially be known as the 8064M, lumped in with Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 600 series chipsets. The MPQ8064 was originally supposed to arrive in smart TV's due to the lack of cellular radios (it's essentially the radio-less version of the CPU found in the Nexus 4) and that was the last we heard of it.
