Sprint's HTC Tiara (with Windows Phone 8) and ZTE Vital / Quantum hit the FCC

Sprint's HTC Tiara (with Windows Phone 8) and ZTE Vital / Quantum hit the FCC

When Sprint announced that it would offer Windows Phone 8 devices later this year, it said its first Microsoft-powered handsets would come from Samsung and HTC. These should be the Samsung Ativ S, and the HTC Tiara. While the HTC Tiara hasn't been officially confirmed, it looks like it's just passed the FCC - as the HTC PO88100, which has both CDMA and Sprint-specific LTE connectivity. We don't know exactly when Sprint will release the new WP8 handset from HTC, but it should happen this summer. Besides LTE, the Tiara should feature a 4.3 inch WVGA display, NFC, 8MP rear camera, 1GB of RAM, and a dual-core 1.2GHz processor.
