Samsung's NP-NC215-A01US, the first solar-powered netbook, is now available on the US market. Featuring solar cells on its lid, the NC215 is able to provide an extra hour of operation if you charge it in direct sunlight for two hours. That's a nice addition to netbook's standard 6-cell battery.
