Samsung's first Windows Phone Mango device - the Omnia W - has been released in the UK, where it's now available unlocked via Play.com. The British retailer is asking £339.99 (about €398 or $540) for the new Omnia Mango handset - free delivery included. BuyMobilePhones.net also has the Omnia W, but only on pre-order, and not unlocked, but on various pay monthly tariffs from O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone.
The Samsung Omnia W is not a high-end smartphone, and is competing with the likes of HTC's Radar, and Acer's Allegro.
