Sharp had originally announced three Galapagos tablets. They were meant to give Apple's iPad and the other Android tablets in the market a run for their money (isn't that always the case?), but unfortunately Sharp cancelled two of those three tablets, leaving us to wonder about the fate about the last one. The good news is that the last 7" Galapagos tablet has surfaced, along with Sharps announcement that they will not be abandoning their Galapagos tablet line. According to the specs, the 7" Galapagos tablet will sport a 1024×600 display resolution, with NVIDIA's Tegra-2 dual-core processor powering the device.
