NEC-CASIO announced yesterday in Japan that their stylish and slim Android 2.3 Medias LTE N-04D, which just weight 149g for a body of 11,3mm thin, would be available in Japan next week (Feb 15). The N-04D comes with the usual IPX5x8 waterproof body, a 1.2GHz Dual Core APQ8060 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, Bluetooth Low Energy, a 8.1Mpix CMOS Camera and a 720p video mode.
