Samsung SCH-S960L spotted in benchmarks, points at possible mid-ranged device

With CES and MWC scheduled for January and February of next year, chances are we will be greeted by a ton of new mobile devices, so it isn't surprising to learn that Samsung might have some new toys up their sleeves. That being said, thanks to a sighting on GLBenchmark, a certain Samsung device with the model number SCH-S960L was spotted featuring some pretty decent hardware specs. According to the benchmark, the SCH-S960L will be powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, a 1280×720 display and will run on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
