Surprisingly or not, Apple has managed to convince a court in Germany that Samsung must stop selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android Honeycomb tablet in Europe. According to The Telegraph and German website Financial Informer, said court (situated in Dusseldorf) has granted Apple “preliminary injunction” against the sale of Samsung's tablet, arguing that the Tab 10.1 has infringed Apple's intellectual property, and “copied elements of the iPad 2.” In consequence, the Honeycomb device now must be removed from shelves across the old continent – except in the Netherlands.
