Owner Guenther Mueller resigned from ASC’s Executive Board on June 30, 2012 after 33 years as CEO.New Executive Board members Dr. Frank Schaffrath and Marco Mueller have been appointed effective July 1, 2012.Workforce optimization solutions for cloud computing will further strengthen ASC’s position as market leader.Hoesbach, Germany, July 19, 2012 – Guenther Mueller, who built up and shaped the ASC group for more than 33 years, resigned from its Executive Board as of June 30, 2012. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he will continue in an advisory role.
