UK Judge Forces Apple to Publish Notice that Samsung Did Not Copy iPad

The Honourable Colin Birss, the same U.K. judge who told Apple that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is “not as cool” as the iPad, orders Apple to publish a notice on its website and in British newspapers telling the public about the ruling that Samsung did not copy designs from the iPad. According to Judge Birss, this should correct the damaging impression that the South Korean company was copying Apple's products. The notice should remain posted on Apple's U.K.
