Microsoft streamlines Windows update with Windows 8

Microsoft streamlines Windows update with Windows 8

Microsoft takes on the evolutionary ideology with each new release of their Windows operating system, with a promise that the number of times one has to restart the computer being upheld all this while. Over the years, the situation has clearly improved, with a bunch of program installations, driver updates, and Windows updates being installed without the need to restart. As for Windows 8, don't expect a quantum leap in improvement, but Microsoft will instead hope to make restarts which are inevitable happen in an unobtrusive and predictable manner.
