We're sure that some of you guys remember that last year, Samsung wanted to get Apple's newly launched iPhone 5 banned in Europe, but apparently they changed their minds and withdrew their requests for a ban on Apple products at a later date. However this was only for Europe which means that Samsung's request is still pending over in the US, and obviously Apple isn't too happy about it and has since released a statement saying that Samsung should keep to their commitment to their customers and withdraw the lawsuits in the US as they did in Europe.
