Great news for serious Twitter fans – the very nice official Android Twitter app has been updated today, bringing long-awaited support for multiple accounts. So if you tweet for work and pleasure, or just enjoy pretending to be lots of different people to alleviate the boredom of life, it's an option. You also get official support for push notifications and a reformatted Home screen widget. Here it is, a few seconds ago, on our very excited telephone:
Accounts are switched by pressing the account name which appears at the top of the main timeline screen. It's that simple. Excellent feature.
