Remember HTC Pico. That phone went below our radar, too, but HTC is trying to revive the handset with a makeover. The smartphone, now called HTC Explorer, features a 3.2-inch HVGA display, 384MB RAM, 512MB ROM, a 5-megapixel camera, the new HTC Sense Zero interface, as well as a refreshed bar at the bottom that links the user to the app list and phone. There are also rumors that the Explorer will be packed with a 600MHz processor that would enable the phone to juggle both HTC's Sense interface and Gingerbread OS with ease.
