The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is recalling 139 Morgan 3 Wheelers, built between October 2012 and July 2013. The recall relates to issues with the brake fluid reservoir, which despite the serious function, is being brought in for quite a silly reason. See, there's nothing wrong with the fluid reservoir itself. It doesn't leak or spontaneously combust, or anything like that.
