Amazon has the Memo Pad HD 7 cheapest, at $149. All the rest are offering you the tablet for $149.99. So if saving 99 cents is important to you, then by all means get it from Amazon.
Then there's the matter of the release date. GameStop will have the tablet in stock on August 9, which is next Friday.
